Modulation domain analyzer is the latest high-performance 
integrated measuring instruments. It can measure relative time changing of continuous 
wave and pulse modulation carrier frequency, time interval, pulse frequency, cycle, high 
pulse, low pulse, duty cycle measurement. Moreover, it can display trajectory diagram, 
histogram display method, and a variety of statistical analysis functions. This product 
combines a dedicated counting chip wide bandwidth, good scalability of the 
programmable logic device, fast speed of digital interpolation. It uses alternating dual 
channel counting, making use of dedicated chip and general-purpose chip in groups, 
digital delay interpolation calibration. Therefore it achieves high speed, high resolution,
large bandwidth, no dead modulation domain measurements. Techwin can be widely
